We were pleased to find large rooms at this hip new hotel. The staff was helpful at all levels. The location was comfortable for Lenoir, right by Blowing Rock and Boone, about thirty miles away and the outskirts of Lenoir in a commercial/industrial neighborhood and Lenoir. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.
The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

I booked this place just to crash after a late night DJ gig, and I was thrilled to find they had chocolate waffles at breakfast! There's also a nice pool and a comfy lounge area perfect. Just a heads up, my room was a tad smaller than I expected, but it was super clean and cozy 😊

Clean room, nice fitness center. Free parking was a plus, but wifi was spotty.

Had a few hiccups with billing as the initial price quoted didn't match what was charged, which seemed like an inconvenience. Several neighboring rooms made noise throughout the night. Something to consider for light sleepers.

Checked in on a Wednesday and the staff at reception were upbeat and cute, always a good start to a stay. Our room was spacious and meticulously clean. I loved the flexibility of the 3 p.m. check-in and 12 p.m. check-out, giving us extra time to unwind. The breakfast staff really stood out. They were attentive and kept everything well stocked. I appreciated that they took the time to engage with guests, asking about our plans. We encountered an issue with the pool. It was uncomfortably cold. I even had leg cramps from being in too long. When the cold temperature was mentioned to the staff, the response felt dismissive. At dinner, the front desk lady was a bit brusque, which caught me off guard, especially considering the warm reception we received from others. I'd definitely return because of the lovely environment and kind interactions, despite the hiccups.
